In this Contract to permanent role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring smooth and detail-oriented communication at all times. Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
• Manage a multi-line phone system, answering inbound calls and transferring them efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area to ensure a positive impression.
• Provide general administrative support, including handling correspondence and scheduling.
• Monitor and manage incoming mail and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution.
• Assist with basic record-keeping tasks and maintain organized documentation.
• Respond to inquiries from clients or customers with accuracy and a detail-oriented demeanor.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Uphold confidentiality and security standards when handling sensitive information.• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar front-desk role.
• Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and handling inbound calls.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work part-time hours with flexibility as needed.
