Job Description
Position Description: The Receptionist is responsible for supporting the office by making the first impression of the company. They will greet, assist, and provide directions and information to clients, visitors and other guests of the organization. Position Responsibilities: Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
\tOpening of the office daily by turn on all lights, conference rooms, kitchen, etc.
\tAnswers, screens, and directs phone calls to appropriate person(s) and/or department.
\tGreeting visitors and direct them appropriately.
\tEnsure office is always tidy (lobby, conference rooms, hallways, restroom etc.).
\tDaily stock refrigerator with water and other beverages.
\tAssist with lunch orders.
\tPerform general office duties such as faxing, filing, copying, etc.
\tReceives mail, documents, packages, deliveries, and ensures they are distributed accordingly.
\tMaintain inventory of supply items (office supplies, water, paper, all office essentials, etc.).
\tReceive, verify, store, and secure deliveries of supply items.
\tBooking meetings via outlook.
\tCommunicating with corporate office.
\tCommunicating to Nationwide office management building.
\tMaintains office security by following safety procedures.
\tPerform office administration functions as needed to meet the goals of the position.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Receptionist - Requirements include but are not limited to:
\tHigh School Diploma or equivalent
\t2+ years of administrative and/or hospitality experience
Effective communication, both verbal and written\tAttention to detail
\tHighly organized
\tAnalytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
\tTime management
\tAbility to effectively multi-task
\tInterpersonal skills
\tKnowledge of federal and state payroll regulation and requirements.
\tMaintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
\tGeneral knowledge of Internet navigation and research, email, fax transmissions, phone communication, and copy equipment.
\tProficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
