Pay Rate: $17 Per Hour Plus Tip Part Time 15-20 Hours

Barista 1 is an entry level position at Honey Greens, this position works Matcha Bar, Pastry, and Register.

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work around peak hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must retain a reasonably open availability, including weekends, and be willing to meet the current needs of the shop.
• Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive and professional attitude
• Customer service professional
• Not working at another coffee shop/tea shop/competitor business

Honey Greens Barista 1 Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly and unique experience
• Prepare orders consistently and according to recipes, with correct technique
• Maintain highest level of quality, especially during rushes
• Maintain cleanliness at bar and stations and seating area, dishes
• Retain excellent knowledge of menu of our food, drinks, pastries, and specials
• Stay updated on current promotions, new menu items, and any changes in company policies, effectively communicating to customers as needed
• Operate equipment safely and and efficiently (espresso machine, grinders, toasters, etc)

Physical Demands:

• Able to reach, bend, and stoop
• Ability to lift up 60 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to work 3 back to back shifts
