Title: IT - Service - Associate OneSource Service Support Specialist Location: Northeast Region (Onsite) Employment Type: Contract Compensation: Pay Range: $17.88-$25.55 Per HR Description: Ensure customer satisfaction by supporting field personnel with administrative duties. Compile and prepare program documentation for customer reviews. Open and manage work orders for maintenance and repairs. Maintain communication and escalate issues with customers as needed. Verify and update instrument inventory data. Coordinate site visits and ensure compliance with safety requirements. Support Additional Lab Activities As Required. Key Responsibilities: Assist with compiling program governance documentation. Generate ad hoc reports as needed. Conduct inventory checks and update records accordingly. Communicate with customers to address and escalate issues. Facilitate site visits for service engineers and ensure documentation is completed. Ensure timely updates to inventory data and service schedules. Qualifications: High school diploma required. Associate's degree preferred. 1 year of experience in inventory management or handling scientific instruments. Ability to work with technical personnel and establish rapport.
