We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our client's team in Columbus, Ohio. This long-term contract role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering exceptional service while fostering positive customer relationships. Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with over 100 customers daily by providing excellent service.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve and exceed targets, including call handling time, availability, customer satisfaction, sales, and quality goals.

• Address and resolve customer complaints and disputes promptly and effectively.

• Stay informed on company products, services, technologies, and procedures to assist customers efficiently.

• Adapt to varying shift schedules, including day, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts, based on business needs.

• Utilize computer systems, reference materials, and multiple screens to resolve complex customer inquiries.

• Demonstrate clear and precise communication skills, ensuring proper grammar and pronunciation.

• Maintain a composed and attentive demeanor while handling customer interactions using headsets and sitting for extended periods.

• Leverage Microsoft Office applications and internet resources to support customer service activities.

• At least one year of customer service experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
• Prior experience in call center or banking operations is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills with clear pronunciation and proper grammar are essential.
• Ability to manage and resolve complex customer issues using various resources and systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and internet navigation.
• Comfortable using headsets and working in a seated position for long periods.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, based on business needs.
