Service Manager Automated Production Lines - Escondido, CA Field Service Manager Supervisor Director Manufacturing Production Line Machinery Automation Automated Assembly Fabrication Processing Packaging _. Optimize and lead implementation of a focused service and support strategy to drive growth, profitability and sustainable competitive advantage across identified regional customer segments while overseeing highly automated industrial production lines service operations. Shall: Optimize and implement value-based regional service roadmap. Monitor regional performance metrics to measure service quality and identify areas for process improvement. Review Service Order Summaries, invoice for service, monitor service costs, collect service documentation, resolving disputes, and communicating changes and updates as needed. Identify and evaluate service portfolio expansion opportunities including key service program development. Manage, track and report costs related to service, spare parts, labor, warranty expenses, demo maintenance, and overhead, including preparing P&L statements. Coordinate with Materials Management to forecast and maintain spare parts inventory in service locations, refurbishing or disposing returned defective parts. Provide guidance, strategies and product support to ensure sales objectives are met including development of appropriate sales channels.
