We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist to support and enhance the employee experience while helping build a strong talent pipeline. This role focuses on recruiting coordination, HR operations, and immigration support, providing an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate interviews, manage scheduling, and communicate with candidates alongside hiring managers. Prepare and issue offer letters, ensuring a smooth handoff to onboarding. Maintain accurate records in ATS and HRIS systems. Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting processes and improve efficiency. Enhance candidate experience through timely communication and consistent follow-through. Support recruiting metrics and reporting to track pipeline health and time-to-fill. HR Operations & Employee Support

Serve as a primary point of contact for employee and manager HR inquiries. Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience. Maintain accurate HRIS records and assist with audits, reporting, and compliance. Provide guidance on HR policies, performance management, and employee relations. Assist with immigration processes (H-1B, OPT, CPT, TN, green card) in coordination with legal counsel, tracking deadlines, and maintaining compliance documentation. Support payroll troubleshooting and respond to basic benefits questions. Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of HR or recruiting operations experience, with strong coordination and communication skills. Experience with HRIS (e.g., UKG, ADP) and ATS systems (e.g., Lever, Ashby). Familiarity with U.S. immigration processes preferred. Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to handle sensitive information professionally. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to partner effectively across HR, hiring managers, and employees. Seniority level
