Administrative Assistant

Overview

Our client in Bergen County, NJ is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant for their organization. This role supports the Management Team and general office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage phone calls, messages, and visitor access

  • Handle incoming/outgoing emails, mail, and faxes

  • Maintain records, databases, and filing systems

  • Process orders and shipping documents via ERP system

  • Prepare invoices, checks, and routine correspondence

  • Monitor and order office supplies

  • Operate standard office equipment

  • Support customer communications and internal coordination

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 3+ years of administrative experience preferred

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
