Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Healthcare Construction Location: Austin, TX Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale healthcare construction projects in the Austin area. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of hospital and medical facility construction, with the ability to manage multi-phase projects valued at $50M+. This role requires strong leadership in budgeting, scheduling, client relations, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all phases of healthcare construction projects from preconstruction to closeout Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractor/vendor performance Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, codes, and infection control standards Lead project meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants Monitor financial performance and prepare monthly reporting Oversee procurement of long-lead medical equipment and specialty systems Drive client satisfaction and maintain strong healthcare owner relationships Qualifications: ~10–15+ years of experience in construction project management ~ At least 7 years managing large-scale healthcare projects ($50M+) ~ Strong understanding of healthcare-specific codes, ICRA, and AHJ compliance ~ Skilled in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and financial tracking tools ~ Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills ~ Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred ~ OSHA 30; ASHE certification a plus
