Manage multiple commercial roofing/construction projects from pre-con to close-out Drive project schedules, budgets, and quality control — no loose ends Collaborate with Field Operations, Superintendents, and Estimators Enforce accountability with field teams and subs — meetings, reports, structure Identify process gaps, propose improvements — we want thinkers, not just doers Have 5+ years as a Project Manager in construction, roofing preferred Operate well in structured environments (we’re building one fast) Know how to push accountability without babysitting Want to be part of building systems — not just running status quo Competitive pay, performance incentives, opportunity to grow with an evolving company.
