Thor Companies is hiring: Project Manager - Construction (Data Center) in Dallas

Our client, a leading general contractor with a strong track record in mission-critical construction around the nation, is looking for experienced Project Managers to lead a major Data Center build in Dallas, TX . This role involves overseeing large and complex projects—from preconstruction through closeout—and making sure everything stays on track, on-time, and within budget. This is a high-impact role within a fast-growing team delivering complex, high-spec projects that demand strong technical capabilities. Manage all aspects of the data center construction project from preconstruction through closeout. Lead cross-functional teams including superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors. Maintain project schedule and budget; proactively identify and mitigate risks. Oversee RFI, submittal, change order, and billing processes. Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures. Conduct regular site walks, team meetings, and progress reporting. Monitor subcontractor performance and drive accountability to meet project milestones. 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction; data center and mission-critical project required. ~ Proven track record managing projects over $50M in value. ~ Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil or Architectural Engineering, or related field ~ Deep understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control ~ Proficient in Microsoft Office, Procore, Primavera P6, and SharePoint ~ Demonstrated commitment to job site safety and compliance ~ S. without current or future visa sponsorship
