Job Description
We’re seeking a proactive and polished Receptionist to support one of our clients with a newly promoted executive overseeing a variety of office operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys juggling multiple responsibilities, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and organized workspace. The position offers a path to a full-time opportunity for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Greet visitors and manage front desk operations with professionalism and warmth
Coordinate team lunches and assist with in-office event logistics
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and prepare meeting spaces
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure breakroom supplies are stocked
Monitor and troubleshoot basic office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers)
Shred unclaimed printed materials after 24 hours to maintain confidentiality
Sort, scan, and organize incoming mail and documents
Perform data entry and maintain digital and physical filing systems
Support onboarding tasks such as desk setup and supply distribution
Provide general administrative assistance to the executive and broader team
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration or facilities support
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Professional demeanor and excellent communication abilities
Basic troubleshooting skills for office technology
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with digital tools
Schedule: Part-time, Onsite (Tuesday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM)
Compensation: $25/hr | $55,000–$65,000 annualized equivalent
Type: Temporary with potential for permanent placement

PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year
