Marketing Manager Job at Coastal HVAC Supply in Houston

Coastal HVAC Supply is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our growing team!

The Marketing Manager will help ownership develop strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer relationships/retention, and sales growth in the HVAC wholesale sector and then implement and oversee those initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to HVAC contractors
• Create compelling content: brochures, catalogs, newsletters, etc.
• Support inside and outside sales teams with tools, presentations, promotional materials, and product training
• Maintain digital marketing channels: email, social media, website, etc.
• Manage events: contractor training, customer appreciation, vendor counter days, job fairs, etc.
• Monitor and report on customer satisfaction
• Manage relationships with marketing vendors and agencies
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategies
• Create clearance flyers and help sales team to sell off dead stock / slow moving inventory
• Label showrooms & create displays

Skills/Qualifications:

• BBA in Marketing
• Previous experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or industrial/wholesale environments
• HVAC industry or technical product knowledge is a plus, but not required
• Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
• Experience in a managerial role
• Deadline and detail-oriented
