Job Duties: Plan, direct, or coordinate activities concerned with the construction of structures, facilities, and systems. Participate in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversee its organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Oversee and manage reality capture services for existing condition surveys, site validation, and quality control using terrestrial laser scanning, mobile LiDAR, photogrammetry, and GPS tools. Download, register, evaluate, and integrate point cloud data into 3D model platforms to perform QA/QC analysis and support decision-making at the project level. Lead and manage multi-trade layout operations using advanced robotic solutions and total stations for self-perform and trade partner work, ensuring efficiency and precision in execution. UAV/Drone use for aerial progress photography and photogrammetry to develop 3D point clouds. Implement and oversee construction progress documentation using UAV (drone) data capture, 360-degree photography, and video recording to provide comprehensive visual tracking of project milestones. Establish and manage site and building control networks throughout construction, ensuring seamless integration between design models and field execution. Validate and refine design coordinates to maintain alignment with project specifications. Support on-site construction teams in implementing field VDC applications, processes, and deliverables; support BIM-to-Field equipment and software setup. Develop and manage a team of Field Technology professionals, including forecasting workload, scheduling resources, and overseeing daily operations. Strategically plan and manage Field Technology Equipment and cost recovery efforts, ensuring optimal utilization, maintenance, and budgeting. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Business Unit leadership, Self-Perform Work teams, VDC, Preconstruction, and Project Operations, to integrate field technology solutions that drive efficiency, accuracy, and innovation. Lead training initiatives to educate and mentor project teams in field technology applications, software, and best practices through structured learning programs, hands-on training, and workshops. Participate in long-term technology planning, process automation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance field operations and project execution, supporting DPRs strategic objectives and future growth.

Minimum Requirements: Masters degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a construction design/engineering-related occupation.

Special Requirements: Position requires at least 2 years of experience in each of the following skills:

1. Utilize knowledge of RTC 360 (terrestrial scanning system) and SLAM scanning system to perform 3D Laser Scanning for projects; 2. Utilize knowledge of Cyclone Register 360, Cyclone Core, Faro Scene and Autodesk Recap to perform registration and control alignment of point cloud data; 3. Utilize knowledge of AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, and Autodesk Navisworks to coordinate quality analysis and quality check for 3D point cloud data; 4. Utilize knowledge of Total Station and Spectra to stake out geo control points and perform survey of physical facilities; 5. Utilize knowledge of Matterport, Struction Site, Drone Deploy Ground or other tools/software to perform 360-degree photo capture and photogrammetry; 6. Experience with collaboration with on-site construction team efforts in the implementation of field VDC applications, processes, and deliverables; 7. Utilize knowledge of Autodesk Navisworks to perform 3-D clash detection and construction coordination for design models; 8. Utilize knowledge of tools like Procore, Bluebeam Revu, and BIM 360 to assess design feasibility, identify issues, and optimize construction methods; 9. Experience with leading training initiatives to educate and mentor project teams in field technology applications, software, and best practices through structured learning programs, hands-on training, and workshops.
