Director of Rehab - Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Full Time - 30-40 Hrs/Week Skilled Nursing Facility in Plainwell, MI Full time position - Open to a COTA with Prior Management Preferred Salaried Role + Quarterly Bonus Potential
We currently are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated therapist to serve as Rehab Director for our high-volume skilled nursing facility in Plainwell, MI. As an RD you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and providing direct clinical care. The primary purpose of the position will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and providing direct clinical care. Broad River Rehab is a NC based growing therapy company which partners with providers across all settings including assisted/ independent and skilled nursing facilities to provide premier physical, occupational and speech therapy services.

Requirements for the Rehab Director:
Licensed therapist: Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) Michigan license required. Previous management experience preferred but not required.
