We are looking for crew members to join our landscape crew for both residential and commercial properties. Previous experience is preferred. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of residential and commercial landscapes. the ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and possess a strong understanding of lawn care practices, landscape maintenance and groundskeeping. You will work collaboratively with a team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities includes: * Assist in landscape maintenance activities such as planting, mulching and weeding. * Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and effectively. * Build and install irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns. * Conduct tree trimming and tree care to promote healthy growth and aesthetics. * Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety protocols. * Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their landscape needs.
In winter months responsibilities include snowplowing, snow blowing, shovel, salting, etc. We also other services such as spring, mid-summer and fall cleanups. So there is always work to do.
Paid weekly and offer direct deposit.
Full-time. Pay $17.00-$20.00/hour based on experience.
