ustomer Service Specialist I
to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support across various communication channels. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
Handle, with professionalism and enthusiasm, incoming calls regarding all aspects of services, billing procedures, and individual customer accounts
Maintain customer privacy and protect customers confidential information
Identify customers’ needs and ensure resolutions of customers questions, requests, and complaints in a timely manner, striving to achieve 100% customer satisfaction
Document customer accounts as needed
Cover reception area and keep customer traffic flowing smoothly
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to lift 20lbs
Willing to undergo a Criminal Background check
Clean drug screen
Great oral and written communication skills
Previous experience in a customer service experience
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively

$15.91 / Hour Schedule:
