Requirements Sales experience, particularly in a client-facing role Proven track record of dependability, trustworthiness, and ethical behavior Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal abilities Motivated, coachable, and eager to learn and succeed Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales. Maintain knowledge of new products. Property and Casualty License (required) Life and Health License (preferred at least 6 months into employment) 1 year of Insurance experience preferred
