Part-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm

10 - 28 hours/week

OVERVIEW:

Embark on your journey as a Part-time Warehouse Associate, where you're at the heart of our operations. You'll handle the movement of products entering and leaving the facility and manage inventory for a leader in industrial distribution. This position is based at our branch located at 3501 Lathrop St, Fairbanks, AK 99701. After onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals, a flexible schedule may be offered.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage and maintain branch inventory.
2. Receive, pick, package, ship, and conduct cycle counts of inventory.
3. Make local deliveries using a company vehicle as needed.
4. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
5. Perform additional duties to ensure branch success.

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Possess a valid driver's license and meet driving record requirements.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritizing skills.
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service-oriented.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Demonstrate core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork.
• Ability to lift and move packages weighing 25-75 lbs.
• Pass the required drug screening.

PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with receiving, shipping, sorting, or managing inventory.
