Warehouse Associate / Warehouse Assistant / Warehouse Worker

LanceSoft, established in 2000, is a nationally certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) that provides scalable, cost-effective workforce solutions across various industries in the United States. Headquartered in Virginia, we operate multiple locations in the US and Canada.

Responsibilities include:

• Unloading and unpacking shipments
• Inbound processing, scanning, and shelving of parts
• Pulling orders and data entry into the inventory control system
• Receiving packages weighing from 1 lb. to 100 lbs. (over 50 lbs. requires group lifting or hand truck)
• Learning zip code separation and loading items into ground and air trailers
• Using pallet jacks to move air and ground packages into 53’ trailers
• Training on Air Pack paperwork and scanning equipment

Additional requirements:

• Wearing appropriate work attire for a warehouse environment
• Flexible hours, typically starting at 11 AM and ending between 7:00 PM and 7:30 PM for full-time shifts
