SUMMARY: As part of a leading Global Aerospace Distributor, the Warehouse Associate is responsible for fulfilling and packaging customer orders, receiving incoming material, and preparing customer orders for domestic shipping. The Warehouse Associate will work in a team environment to achieve the expected results.

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Order Picking and Packaging
2. Receiving, Packing, and Storing material in warehouse locations
3. Understanding vendor paperwork upon receiving and shipping
4. Preparing orders for domestic shipping and verifying documentation
5. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of warehouse and workstations
6. Performing other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team

Preferred Requirements

• Associate degree or technical certification
• 1+ years of professional experience
• Intermediate computer skills
• Knowledge of Component Control Quantum
• Ability to operate forklift and pallet jack
