Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory, ordering as necessary.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in various systems.
  • Support team members with administrative tasks and projects as required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
