Responsibilities:

1. Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and embodying our customer experience principles.
2. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, supporting operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
3. Assist in multiple store areas as needed to support business needs.
4. Support store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
5. Process transactions accurately, promote credit and loyalty programs, and support merchandise presentation.
6. Participate in store recovery, cleanliness, safety, and shrink reduction initiatives.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodations.
• Retail experience preferred.
