Data Analyst
Our client is seeking an expert-level Data Analyst to support their manufacturing and product engineering stakeholders. This individual will play a key role in data analysis, reporting, and automation, ensuring seamless data ingestion, enrichment, and storage to drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ETL workflows, data mapping, and analytics automation. Given the global nature of this role, collaboration with international partners—particularly in Asia—will require flexibility in working hours to accommodate occasional evening meetings.
This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.
Data Analyst Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI.
- Automate data ingestion and transformation processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Clean and process Excel files for seamless integration into Snowflake or Databricks.
- Support data retrieval, enrichment, and storage for product engineering teams.
- Collaborate with Global Tech and business teams to resolve upstream data challenges.
- Prioritize and address analytics requests, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Define key metrics and KPIs for reporting and operational reviews.
Data Analyst Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, ETL processes, and reporting.
- Proficiency in SQL, Alteryx, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience in data automation and workflow development for analytics.
- Strong understanding of data mapping and logic for process automation.
- Manufacturing or supply chain experience is a plus.
- Background in data or software engineering is preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into data solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both technical and business teams.
Compensation: Up to $49.33/hr. (DOE)
