Job Description

Seeking qualified Data Analysts located near Tampa, FL, due to onsite requirements. Responsibilities include supporting strategic payment control solutions, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring process and technology implementations meet operational outcomes, and driving best practices for payment controls.

Minimum Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in relevant fields
• Leadership, effective communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, problem-solving, team building, decision-making, adaptability, high emotional intelligence

Technical Skills

• 12-15+ years of experience in operations and technology domains
• Expertise in large-scale implementations, business analysis, technology architecture, change management, payments, and client systems

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and articulate execution strategies for payment control solutions
• Work with technology and business teams to ensure seamless implementation and reporting
• Promote standardization and best practices in payment controls
• Develop and improve processes for risk management, automation, and client visibility
