Position: Houston Resident Door-to-Door Sales Representative. In this role, you will connect directly with homeowners and businesses, educate them on roofing solutions, and generate new business for PCR. The right candidate will thrive on face-to-face interaction, enjoy closing deals, and be motivated by uncapped earning potential.

Compensation includes uncapped commissions with high earning potential, weekly bonuses & incentives, and company-provided marketing materials and support.

Responsibilities

• Canvass targeted neighborhoods and commercial areas to generate new roofing leads
• Educate homeowners and property managers about PCR’s roofing services and insurance claim process
• Schedule and conduct property inspections with the PCR operations team
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to build strong relationships
• Hit or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Represent Premier Choice Roofing professionally and uphold company values

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience (door-to-door, B2C, or home improvement sales preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong self-motivation and resilience to handle rejection
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding quotas
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
