Centennial Surgery is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to be the crucial first point of contact for our patients. You'll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and comforting experience from the moment they call or walk through our doors. This isn’t just about answering phones; it’s about being the welcoming voice and efficient organizer behind our exceptional patient care.

What You’ll Do Every Day To Make a Difference

• Warm Welcomes & Efficient Intake: You'll be the friendly face performing patient check-in, guiding them effortlessly through required paperwork and setting a positive tone for their visit.
• Communication Hub: Answer phones with a professional and compassionate demeanor, directing calls and inquiries to the appropriate staff, ensuring no patient question goes unanswered.
• Scheduling Maestro: Skillfully schedule patient appointments, managing our calendar to optimize patient access and provider efficiency.

Shift: 8am - 5pm

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Qualifications

What You'll Bring

• Exceptional Customer Service: A natural ability to connect with people, making them feel heard and valued.
• Organizational Prowess: The ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and keep the front office running smoothly.
• Clear Communication: Professional phone etiquette and clear verbal skills.
• Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to addressing patient needs and administrative challenges.

High School Diploma or GED.

• Healthcare experience preferred – familiarity with medical office operations is a plus, but we're happy to train motivated individuals!
