Receptionist opportunity with Coastal Harbor Health System. The organization provides inpatient care in Savannah, GA and serves patients locally and from across the country. The hospitals are located in a setting that emphasizes privacy and focus on treatment.

Responsibilities

The Receptionist receives callers in person or via telephone, determines the nature of business, and directs callers to the appropriate destination.

  • Obtains caller’s name and directs to appropriate personnel or takes messages
  • Greets and directs visitors, records name, time of call, nature of business, and person called upon; issues visitor passes when required
  • Collects and distributes mail and packages
  • Performs a variety of additional clerical duties
