We are looking for a Caregiver to join our growing team.

The right Caregiver candidate will have a strong background in healthcare. The day-to-day duties of this role include:

1. Planning and preparing meals
2. Helping clients with mobility around or outside of the house
3. Providing personal hygiene assistance

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly patients or those recovering from surgeries, injuries, or accidents, including showering, bathing, dressing, and eating
• Remind clients to take prescribed medication and assist with ambulation
• Help with mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, etc.)
• Plan and prepare meals
• Assist with physical therapy exercises
• Complete client’s shopping or accompany them to do so
• Perform housekeeping duties
• Report any unusual incidents and act quickly and responsibly in emergencies
• Assist patients with their meals, including serving and other tasks, as necessary

Caregiver Qualifications:

• Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and learn new skills
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Compassionate and supportive demeanor
• Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
• Minimum of 1 year experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care
• Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
• High School Diploma or equivalent, or experience as a Caregiver, CNA, or HHA, or completion of a CNA Program
• Supportive and compassionate attitude

• Experience with Hoyer Lift (specific to client)
