**GENERAL PURPOSE** The Marketing Manager will be the marketing mastermind behind our key campaigns, planning, organizing, and executing both major and mid-level marketing efforts that boost brand awareness, connect with customers, and drive results. You will collaborate closely with product marketing, design, and external agencies to create compelling content that excites and engages our audience.**DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**Manage marketing campaign deliverables and commercialization plans in conjunction with product marketing teams, including promotional campaigns, videos, collateral, advertising, and digital experience, with a focus on customer retention and acquisition. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** **Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:**Experience in brand management & loyalty building campaigns. Strong creative marketing skills; ability to take initiative, develop and seek out creative and innovative ideas. Digital marketing experience including social media Project management – must be comfortable handling multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines. Excellent verbal, written & presentation communication skills. Strong listening skills with the ability to translate concepts into deliverables. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to effectively interface at all levels.Strong strategic and analytical skills. Ability to translate trends, tools and intel into actionable marketing recommendations.**Minimum Education and Experience Required:** Bachelor's degree in marketing or related area, and a minimum of seven years’ experience in marketing, product marketing and/or brand and content marketing.**Preferred Qualifications:** Industry experience in AV or IT or consumer technology marketing Enjoy working independently and in a collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge and best practice across the company While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required (for the majority of the working day) to sit and make coordinated movements of the fingers for using a keyboard*The offered compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to level of experience, certifications/education, training, and work location.
