Harrison Gray Search has partnered with a fast-growing multi-family office as they look to add a Marketing Manager to their team in Phoenix.

This role supports a fast-paced wealth management environment. The role includes creating and managing the firm’s marketing budget, crafting and implementing the marketing calendar, and overseeing marketing team members responsible for various activities, including client events, branding, content creation, and marketing campaigns.
Position overview
- Ensure the company is communicating the right message to existing and prospective clients.
- Partner with firm leaders and relationship managers to understand marketing needs and execute marketing plans.
- Partner with Compliance on all marketing-related activities.
- Maintain and update existing marketing materials and client deliverables.
- Evaluate existing materials and develop new marketing materials or strategies.
- Manage and coordinate with team responsible for client and firm events, both in-person and virtual.
- Update senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities, including defining and monitoring key metrics.
- Assist with written content, including whitepapers, articles, social media, and the website.
- Generate ideas on how to market and create a client experience similar to other luxury brands.
- Identify and manage outsourced resources to execute marketing deliverables.
Preferred qualifications
- 5+ years of experience
- Excellent communication and listening skills

- Superior organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Outstanding creative skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with platforms such as Wufoo, Salesforce, and Adobe
