Overview

Fort Lauderdale, FL | On-site

At Global Wealth Management, we provide tailored financial plans to guide individuals, families and business owners in Florida toward a safer and simpler retirement. Because everyone deserves to be confident in what comes next.

We take pride in fostering a workplace where collaboration, growth, and excellence thrive. We are proud to be Great Place to Work certified, a recognition based on direct feedback from our team about trust, culture, and workplace satisfaction. This certification reflects our commitment to creating an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed. When you join our team, you’re not just building a career – you’re becoming part of a community that prioritizes professional development, teamwork, and making a real impact in the lives of our clients.

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our lead generation efforts and drive measurable revenue growth. This is a pivotal role that will execute marketing strategy, optimize conversion systems, and directly impact our ability to attract and convert high-quality prospects into clients. This role is only for elite marketers who want to own results, not just run campaigns. You\'ll be responsible for managing our entire lead generation ecosystem while building the systems and processes that will scale our marketing efforts. We are looking for a candidate who embodies our core values: someone who is committed to winning, excels as a team player, consistently does the right thing, and is driven to get sh*t done.

Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Advertising Management: Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook campaigns
  • Conversion Optimization: Design and A/B test landing pages, forms, and consultation booking systems to maximize lead-to-appointment conversion rates
  • Marketing Automation: Develop and manage lead scoring systems, nurturing email sequences, and CRM workflows to move prospects through the sales funnel
  • Analytics & Attribution: Track and analyze ROI from first touch to signed client, providing actionable insights for campaign optimization
  • Local SEO: Execute strategies to dominate local search results

Content Support & Systems Management

  • Content Distribution: Manage social media posting schedules, email campaigns, and newsletter distribution to maintain consistent audience engagement
  • Website Management: Coordinate website updates, performance optimization, and technical improvements with external developers
  • Event Marketing: Promote educational workshops, manage registration systems, and execute follow-up campaigns for event attendees
  • Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with contractors, freelancers, and external marketing resources
  • Performance Reporting: Deliver weekly performance reports with optimization recommendations and strategic insights

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years in marketing operations, digital marketing, performance marketing or growth marketing roles in a high growth start-up environment
  • Core Competencies: Lead generation, conversion optimization, A/B testing, landing page optimization
  • Top 5% Performer: You can point to campaigns you’ve built that not only generated leads, but directly moved revenue by millions. If you don’t have hard numbers to prove your impact, this role isn’t for you.
  • Builder, Not Just Operator: You don\'t just “manage campaigns.” You create systems— lead funnels, reporting frameworks, automation workflows — that continue producing results long after you set them up.
  • Obsessed With Winning: You hate losing more than you like winning. You thrive on competition, own your KPIs like they’re personal, and never make excuses.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present data-driven insights to senior leadership
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. You are always looking for creative solutions, comfortable with ambiguity, flexible and adaptive to evolving needs
  • Extreme Ownership: If something fails, it’s on you — and you love that. You\'ll never say “that’s not my job.” You step in, figure it out, and get sh*t done with urgency and excellence.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with no-ego attitude and willingness to learn
  • Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field with academic achievement
  • Interest: Genuine interest in financial services industry
  • Location: Based in the Fort Lauderdale area and comfortable working in-person 5 days per week.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar)
  • Strong analytics skills using Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and attribution modeling
  • CRM management experience (Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Financial Services Background: Previous experience marketing to affluent demographics or in financial services industry preferred; experience with wealth management or retirement planning marketing
  • Understanding of financial services marketing regulations and compliance requirements
  • Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint certifications
  • Background in B2C lead generation with complex, high-consideration purchase cycles

Compensation

  • Final salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
  • Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000 per year
  • We offer a competitive benefits package, including free medical, dental, and vision plans. 401k plan with employer match, health savings account, and life insurance. Generous paid time off policy.

If you’re excited to be part of a team that puts clients first, solves problems, and gets things done, then we are the right place for you. Even if your work history or qualifications are not perfectly aligned with the job description, but you are ready for the challenge, we encourage you to apply.
