They are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Marketing Manager with a strong background in demand generation and B2B marketing to join their team. The company is located in Naperville - on site requirements 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demand Generation Strategy: Develop, implement, and optimize integrated demand generation strategies that drive high-quality leads and fuel the sales pipeline.
- B2B Marketing Expertise: Leverage deep B2B marketing knowledge to design and execute campaigns tailored to enterprise and mid-market clients.
- Lead Nurturing: Own the lead nurturing process, ensuring prospects receive targeted, relevant content at the right stages of the buyer’s journey.
- Campaign Development: Create and manage end-to-end campaigns across multiple channels (email, paid ads, SEO, social, webinars, etc.), ensuring alignment with business goals and ROI objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and content teams to ensure consistent messaging, smooth execution, and effective follow-up of campaigns.
- Analytics and Reporting: Measure and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, track KPIs, and provide insights to drive continuous improvements.
- Market Research: Stay on top of B2B marketing trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategy and identify new opportunities.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and informative assets, including white papers, case studies, blog posts, and email templates.
- CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track and segment leads, monitor campaign performance, and enhance marketing automation efforts.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on demand generation, lead nurturing, and pipeline growth.
- Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in [relevant industry], with a deep understanding of customer needs and the B2B sales cycle.
- Skills: Expertise in demand generation techniques, email marketing, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), paid advertising, and multi-channel campaign management.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze data, extract insights, and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
- CRM & Marketing Automation: Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Pardot, etc.).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messaging for various audiences.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ABM strategies and tools (e.g., Terminus, Demandbase).
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM and web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Knowledge of data-driven marketing techniques and A/B testing.
