Lead focused recruiting efforts to help store leaders find and hire candidates with the right skills and experiences to best serve their guest.Deliver on all Human Resources processes and programs to maximize team member engagement and minimize business disruption.Support your leader in following company compliance policies that mitigate risk to the team member experience.Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks.All other duties based on business needs **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR** You enjoy interacting and helping others - including guests that shop our store and fellow team members you work with.
