Overview

Job Title: Business Analyst — Location: 100% Remote

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, define, and document business and system functional requirements.
• Analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to enhance business operations.
• Act as a bridge between business users, IT teams, and project managers to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Use SQL, Power BI, and Excel to extract, analyze, and present data-driven insights to support decision-making.
• Validate implemented solutions, perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and ensure business needs are met.
• Work closely with project managers to track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of business requirements.

Required Experience

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and process documentation.

Required Skills

• MS Visio, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, SQL Query, MS Excel, PowerBI

Required Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
