Overview

Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a contract with a client in Chicago, IL (Remote). Will lead service research and journey mapping efforts, while driving strategic alignment and stakeholder collaboration throughout the design lifecycle.

Rate

Rate Range: $49/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points across service journeys.
• Gather and document detailed business and functional requirements by collaborating with stakeholders.
• Create and analyze customer journey maps and service blueprints to identify areas for improvement.
• Facilitate design thinking workshops and support prototyping of service solutions.
• Ensure strategic alignment of service design initiatives with business goals and operating models.
• Support implementation and change management, including training and performance monitoring.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business Analysis, Service Design, Human-Centered Design, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, service design, or a related role within complex service ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience with Service Integration and Management (SIAM) and ITSM/ITIL frameworks, including tools like ServiceNow.
• Proven ability to conduct service research, create journey maps, and facilitate design thinking workshops using tools such as Jira, Miro, and Visio.

Pay Details: $49.00 to $53.00 per hour
