Base pay range

$21.34/hr - $21.34/hr

Job Description

Lending Operations is responsible for the onboarding and ongoing support of our Liquidity Access Line Lending product. The primary functions include: loan origination, loan document review, document management, researching issues and delivering resolution to our field partners.

In addition to the functions listed above the analyst would also expect the following:

• Accepting phone calls and emails from field partners
• Project Participation/Testing
• Process improvement initiatives

Skills and Experience

• We are looking for resourceful and dedicated candidates with one to six years of work experience who possess the following attributes:
• Demonstrated track record of achievement with the ability to take initiative in a challenging environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate information to a range of audiences
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for tasks

• Analytical skills
• Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources
• Ability to proactively contribute towards continued improvements in control, operational efficiency, and industry initiatives
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
