Hiring Dental Assistants to join our clinical team in Minnesota. This role is ideal for someone with at least one year of hands-on experience and a strong commitment to patient care, teamwork, and continuous learning.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms for dental procedures
- Assist the dentist during exams and treatments
- Sterilize instruments and manage clinical supplies
- Take and process X-rays and other diagnostic tools
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Support emergency procedures as needed
- Uphold safety and infection-control protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience
- Graduate of an accredited Dental Assistant program
- Valid X-ray license and BLS certification required
- Coronal Polishing and Nitrous Oxide certifications preferred
