Job Type: Full Time

Job Description: Strong in communication and interpersonal skills with experience in IT Hardware & Software Asset Management services.

Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Manage PC and Mobile Assets in the ServiceNow module and be aware of the different stages in the asset management lifecycle.
• Work with vendors to conduct physical asset audits and maintain asset stock rooms.
• End-to-end asset life management including forecasting, receiving, shipping, maintenance, and recycling.
• Track the complete lifecycle management for each asset to maintain warranty information, refresh dates, and end-of-life information.
• Provide smart hands support for server and network devices.
• Train the Trainer as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Hardware & Software Asset Management services.
• Experience managing assets in ServiceNow; familiarity with Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Office, Windows OS, and iOS troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
