USPI Fish PondSurgery Center, is seeking a motivated Director of Nursing to join our team. We have 5 OR rooms and 1 Treatment room. We perform outpatient surgical procedures in General, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedic, Otolaryngology, Plastics, Podiatry, Urology. Position requires weekdays only -- no holidays, weekends, or call. Some early mornings and later evenings may be required; schedule subject to change based on surgical schedule and flow of the day.Director of Nursing Outpatient Surgery at Fish Pond Surgery CenterThe Director of Nursing is responsible for oversight of the day-to-day operations of the outpatient surgery centers and implements new processes and initiatives to improve efficiency of services and patient experience. The Director of Nursing will report to the ASC Regional Administrator and will collaborate with them to promote regulatory compliance, fiscal accountability, develop and revise policies, and evaluate staff performance.
