Day Shift: 3x12-Hour (09:00 AM - 09:00 PM) – Friday to Sunday Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified CT/X-Ray Technologist to join our dynamic team. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care in a supportive environment. Essential Responsibilities:
Perform CT and X-Ray examinations on patients, including outpatient, adult, and pediatric care. Conduct EKG examinations as mandated for compliance. Start IVs, with an expected rate of approximately 8-9 IVs per day. Administer and interpret various X-Ray procedures such as Extremities, Abdomen/GI, Spine/Pelvis, and more. Utilize PACS and portable imaging equipment efficiently, primarily Siemens and Samsung models. Participate in floating to other facilities as needed. Interface with electronic charting systems, particularly EPIC. Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role is required; first-time travelers are welcome. Current certifications in BLS and ARRT - CT and R. Experience with PACS, Siemens, and Samsung X-Ray preferred. Experience in the emergency department, outpatient settings, and with both adult and pediatric patients is required. Ability to pass the mandatory EKG exam prior to compliance. License in hand, with no pending background check issues. Additional Requirements:
Must be flexible with scheduling. No known barriers to completing compliance on time. Preparedness for floating to various facilities if necessary. COVID-19 and Flu Vaccine Requirements:
