This role focuses on leading strategic initiatives and navigating market trends to position the company for long-term success. We're seeking a leader with strong vision, strategic insight, and a deep understanding of the industry to shape the future of global home furnishings

In This Role

Manage and cultivate a strong relationship with existing hospitality customers to drive ongoing business growth through regular communication, tailored service, and proactive problem solving Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the contract commercial sales sector Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for the company while maintaining positive relationships Leverage expertise in Salesforce, including sales pipeline tracking and management to optimize processes and drive business growth Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Accounting, Product Development, and Merchandising—to align on product, pricing, execution, and sales initiatives Define clear performance metrics and KPIs; implement plans to measure the success of the strategy Prepare reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts for senior leadership Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive opportunities Support a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging feedback and innovation from the sales team Schedule, attend and travel to trade shows to drive business opportunities Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications Uphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team:

Leadership and Team Management

Lead and mentor team to align with Four Hands' strategic objectives Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, encouraging the sharing of ideas and best practices to drive innovation and successful implementation of digital solutions Foster individual growth and skill enhancement through regular feedback, training sessions, and professional development opportunities Collaboratively establish clear, measurable goals for the team that align with broader organizational objectives, ensuring accountability and focus Monitor progress towards goals through regular check-ins and performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help the team achieve their targets Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team members to analyze performance outcomes, identify areas for enhancement, and propose innovative solutions to overcome challenges Develop and manage the department's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and alignment with business priorities Develop and implement strategies to achieve departmental and organizational objectives Evaluate industry trends and leverage insights to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to facilitate collaboration and alignment The Ideal Person 8+ years of experience in contract hospitality sales management Experience, credibility and a strong network base in the furniture space required Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite Thorough knowledge of the contract furniture industry, including competitors, projects in process and relationships with key influencers and decisions Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively Excellent leadership and team management abilities About Four Hands
