Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care Clinic
Location: Modesto, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct-Hire

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join a well-established employer-based health clinic in Modesto. This onsite primary care clinic provides care for employees and their families, offering a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centered setting. The employer is a respected global company with a long history in the Central Valley and the clinic is managed by a national leader in workplace health services.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position with the option to start as contract-to-hire. The Nurse Practitioner will deliver high-quality primary care services to patients ages 2 and older. The clinic offers a broad range of care, from acute visits to wellness and preventive services, in a supportive and collegial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care, health assessments and ongoing patient management

  • Deliver care to a diverse population including pediatrics, adults and older adults

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient-centered outcomes

  • Support occupational health needs as required, including triage and screenings

  • Document in EPIC EMR system

Qualifications

  • Current California Nurse Practitioner license with 103 NP designation required

  • DEA license (or willingness to obtain within 60 days)

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of primary care experience

  • Experience with EPIC EMR and occupational health preferred

  • Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic and patient education skills

Schedule & Employment

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday
