Skills: - Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures related to litigation - Proficiency in using legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw - Excellent legal writing and drafting skills - Ability to conduct thorough legal research and analysis - Strong negotiation skills - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
