Join the Four Hands Creative Services team as a Project Management Intern and gain hands-on experience driving marketing campaigns from concept to completion. This internship offers the chance to collaborate with cross-functional teams, sharpen your organizational skills, and contribute to exciting brand initiatives

This position is expected to start January 2026 and continue through the entire Spring 2026 term (through May 2026). Our internships are a minimum of 10 weeks, part-time (20 to 25 hours) and on-site. In This Role Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build project timelines and track deliverables for marketing campaigns, including paid media, product launches, category launches, and social campaigns Support different departments (Video & Photo Studio, Brand Copy & Design Team, & CGI) to gain diverse experience Co-facilitate end-to-end project progression within the creative services team, ensuring effective communication with leadership and stakeholders Receive new project submissions and collaborate with stakeholders to accurately scope out the timeframe, priority, and evaluate project needs and requirements Create and manage project documents (plan, schedules, reports) Coordinate asset collection, communication, and production monitoring with internal teams and external vendors Schedule and manage meetings for the team internally and cross-functionally to facilitate communication throughout the project life cycle Manage cross-functional meetings, document takeaways, and distribute follow-up communications to update stakeholders on project changes Collect and report necessary project metrics (asset completion, delivery times, external vendor hours/budget) ⁠Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications Uphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team:

The Ideal Person Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, Advertising or related field Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday, Microsoft Project, etc.) About Four Hands
