Job Description Salary: 50,000 About Girls Inc. of Greater Miami Founded in 2018, Girls Inc. of Greater Miami is part of a national network that has been inspiring girls to be strong, smart, and bold for over 160 years. Our elementary school programs operate daily after school at five partner sites, serving up to 30 girls per site. Programming is hands-on, engaging, and tailored by grade level, with a focus on life skills, STEM, literacy, and art. Our middle and high school programs expand opportunities for leadership, career exploration, and personal growth. Current programs include: Bold Voices: A speech and debate club for middle school girls that builds confidence, critical thinking, and public speaking skills. Power Hour (in partnership with Coca-Cola and FIFA World Cup): A hybrid career readiness initiative for high school girls that combines virtual and in-person learning, asynchronous coursework, and immersive Unlock experiences powered by Coca-Cola.

Additional programs will continue to be developed in alignment with our mission to meet the evolving needs of girls in our community. Position Overview The Program Coordinator, Middle and High School, is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the design, coordination, and delivery of all middle and high school programs at Girls Inc. of Greater Miami. This includes Bold Voices, Power Hour, and future initiatives. The Program Coordinator will supervise and train staff, ensure fidelity to Girls Inc. programming standards, coordinate with schools and community partners, and manage program data and attendance tracking. While the primary focus is middle and high school, the Program Coordinator will also support elementary programming and cross-team initiatives when needed. This position is hybrid and will require daily travel to school sites as well as regular evening and weekend (primarily Saturday) availability. Key Responsibilities Program Oversight & Coordination Facilitate high school career development sessions (monthly on Saturdays) Facilitate middle school debate sessions if a debate coach is out Oversee all middle and high school programs, ensuring strong planning, delivery, and evaluation. Collaborate with the Program Director on program development and new initiative design. Coordinate logistics with staff, schools, and community partners. Maintain high levels of engagement among participants through consistent communication and accountability.

Staff Supervision & Training Recruit, train, and supervise facilitators and program staff. Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development. Ensure programs are delivered with fidelity to curriculum and organizational standards.

Data & Systems Management Manage attendance and program data platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. Use data to monitor program performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Cross-Organizational Support Maintain a broad, organization-wide perspective and collaborate with colleagues to strengthen programming across grade levels. Provide support to elementary school programs and other initiatives when needed. Contribute to organization-wide events, trainings, and community engagement.

Qualifications Bachelors degree in education, social work, youth development, or related field required. Minimum of 3 years of experience working with groups of students in educational or youth development settings, with preference for at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role. Experience working with children from elementary through high school. Demonstrated success in staff training, coaching, and program oversight. Experience building partnerships with schools, community organizations, and families. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to balance multiple priorities and adapt to evolving needs. Commitment to the mission and values of Girls Inc. of Greater Miami. Reliable daily travel to school sites and availability for evening and weekend programming (primarily Saturdays).
