Position Purpose: The CST (Community Support Team) provides but is not limited to case management services, crisis intervention, skills training, documentation within the required time frame, individual counseling, family counseling, medication monitoring, attends meetings, and other duties that are necessary in order to meet the needs of the clients. The Team Lead position is responsible for the clinical management of the Community Support Team caseload, providing therapeutic services for the clients and clinical direction and consultation for the team. Duties include but are not limited to managing a case load, providing regular clinical consultations for team members, and being the point person for questions and problem solving. The Team Lead will also be available for assisting with dispositions for clients who may enter crisis. The team lead will also complete documentation within specified time frames, provide training, quality assurance, staff supervision, administration, and attend required meetings. Qualifications:
• Master degree in counseling, psychology, social work or another related field. Illinois clinical license is preferred LPC, LSW (Must have a QMHP Designation) within 1 year. • The ability to supervise, communicate clearly verbally, write concisely and legibly • Counsel, edit, estimate, evaluate, influence, measure, observe, organize, plan priorities, summarize, and continual use of good judgment. • Ability to quickly establish rapport with others • Ability to perform in an ethical manner. • Ability to follow written and oral instruction, and write effectively. • Ability to work as a team member. • Valid driver’s license • Ability to be insured by Rosecrance insurance Responsibilities:
1. Work hours prescribed and any additional hours deemed necessary for the responsibilities assigned. 2. Provide oversight and direction to community based intervention and support team. 3. Provide clinical consultations to team members. 4. Complete requirements for review and signing of all required clinical documentation. 5. Engage families into treatment services while allowing staff to focus on individual treatment. 6. Ensure that individual and group census numbers are within required fidelities. 7. Provide individual, group and family counseling 8. Provide crisis intervention services as needed. 9. Understand and comply with all of the principles established by the Rosecrance Corporate Compliance Program and Code of Conduct. 10. Perform all responsibilities in compliance with the mission, vision, values and expectations of Rosecrance. 11. Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer. 12. Serve as a role model for other staff, clients and customers and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing Rosecrance. 13. Assume other related responsibilities as assigned. Additional Pay Enhancements in addition to Base Salary : Professional Certification
(e.g., CADC, CRSS, or CPS): +$0.72/hour (equivalent of +$1,500 annualized) 1st Level Clinical Licensure
(e.g., LPC/LSW/LMSW): +$0.87/hour (equivalent of +$1,800 annualized) 2nd Level Clinical Licensure
(e.g., LCPC/LCSW/LMHC): starting at +$2.16/hour (equivalent of +$4,500 annualized)
