You’ll join the Product Marketing Management Team to ensure that the marketing, advertising and creative tactics for our client's products and services are aligned to meet the goals of the organizations.

This is a 12 months + opportunity.

The role is located in Charlotte, North Carolina and is hybrid onsite.

Base pay range: $45.00/hr - $50.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owners to translate business objectives into measurable marketing goals by owning the development and execution of the annual marketing plan for assigned programs.
• Plan, develop and execute annual multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with program strategy, goals and timelines.
• Develop creative briefs, coordinate with internal and external partners, and manage campaign deliverables.
• Collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to identify and prioritize marketing strategies, messaging, channel mix and media opportunities, leading multiple initiatives and campaigns simultaneously.
• Monitor, track and present insights on key campaign metrics and analytics to measure success and optimize performance.
• Work closely with Stakeholders across Regulatory Affairs, Program Management, Customer Services, Corporate Communications, Legal, and Vendor Partners to ensure compliance across all outbound marketing, protecting customer data and adhering to best practices.
• Manage marketing budgets to ensure all marketing initiatives are delivered within established budget parameters.

Requirements

• Experience developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple channels.
• Familiarity with clean energy, renewable energy programs or residential utility customer offers.
