* Conduct legal research using various resources such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis * Assist with drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs * Assist with case management and preparation for litigation * Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, insurance adjusters, and others involved in the legal process * Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution methods * Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, especially Spanish-speaking clients * Perform legal administrative tasks as needed
*Required Experience:*
* *Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school* * *Spanish speaking* * *Admitted to practice law in California* * Excellent legal research and writing abilities * Proficient in using legal research databases such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis * Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound advice to clients
