The Reservations Reporting & Analytics team performs detailed analysis of large volumes of data to develop actionable insights that drive operational efficiency, improvement in customer satisfaction, and revenue. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team in the role of the Analytics Intake and Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the intake process of data and analytics requests, coordinating projects across multiple teams, and ensuring the smooth execution of analytics initiatives. Your expertise in data analysis, project management, and effective communication will be instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing operational efficiency within our organization. Job function and key responsibilities:

Analytics Intake:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all analytics requests, understanding stakeholders' needs and requirements. Collaborate with various teams to gather project specifications, data sources, and objectives for analytics initiatives. Conduct thorough analysis of incoming requests to determine feasibility, resource requirements, and alignment with strategic goals. Prioritize and allocate analytics projects based on available resources and organizational priorities. Ensure clear documentation and tracking of analytics requests, progress, and outcome. Project Coordination:

Act as a liaison between teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration among project team members. Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for analytics initiatives, ensuring projects stay on track. Coordinate project-related activities, including data collection, analysis, modeling, and reporting, in collaboration with analytics teams. Monitor project milestones and deliverables, identifying and addressing any risks or issues that may arise. Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, highlighting key insights, findings, and recommendations. Stakeholder Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across divisions to understand their analytics needs and align priorities. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather requirements, communicate progress, and obtain feedback. Address stakeholder inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution. Project Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize the analytics intake and project coordination processes. Develop and implement best practices, standards, and templates to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Continuously assess the performance of analytics initiatives, seeking feedback and identifying areas for improvement. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in analytics methodologies. Assist in the coordination of divisional training sessions and workshops to support continued skill growth based on most frequent skill gaps and divisional project needs. What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

Candidates for this position should have at minimum a Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, technology, or a related field and 3+ years of relevant work experience in analytics, data management, or related roles; preferably with project coordination and process improvement responsibilities. Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional teams. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels. Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and build relationships across diverse teams and divisions. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in deliverables. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Project Management tools, and MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint). Must be performing satisfactorily in current position. Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data. Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles. Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States. Experience with airline industry and call center operations. Project Management Certification (PMP).
